Split & Send is free, and it stays free. For a one-off split it is all you need. This page is for the other case: the same job, every week.

When the free tool stops being enough

The file arrives by email every week, and someone has to fetch it and upload it.
Recipients change, or two branches share one address.
Some rows have to be excluded, or a column renamed before the split.
The source file needs cleaning first: double headers, merged cells, several sheets.
The drafts still have to be opened and sent, one by one.

Each of those is another half hour a week that the free tool does not give back. A 35-minute weekly routine costs a company around €1,000 a year in staff time — most people have never done that multiplication.

What I build

The missing part, around your exact file: your columns, your exceptions, your template. It usually ends up as one command — or as nothing at all, a job that runs on its own and leaves the drafts ready for you to review and send.
